Wheelchair visitors must be able to make the transfer to enter the train.There is a lift under the Main Street Station near the wheelchair rental point. Folding wheelchairs can be loaded on board the trains, or left in the station if visitors want to take the full trip round the Disneyland® Park.

Frontierland

Phantom Manor


Wheelchair visitors need to transfer to go on the ride. Guide dogs are not allowed to enter the ride for their own safety. Some scenes may frighten younger visitors.


Legends of the Wild West


The paths round the fortifications of Fort Comstock are not accessible to wheelchair visitors (135 steps to climb).


Big Thunder Mountain


Minimum height: 1.02 m (3'3").


This attraction is not recommended for children under the age of 3.


Wheelchair visitors will require a transfer.


Visitors must be in good health and not affected by medical problems which might be worsened by this experience.


Pregnant women and visitors in surgical collars are strongly advised not to go on this ride.
Guide dogs are not admitted.


Disneyland® Railroad Frontierland Depot, presented by McDonald's®

Pirates of The Caribbean


A transfer is required for wheelchair visitors going on board.This attraction includes two sudden, quick descents, and visitors with problems liable to be aggravated (such as spinal problems), pregnant women and those wearing surgical collars are strongly advised not to go on this attraction.


Unsighted visitors must be accompanied.


Guide dogs are not allowed to enter, for their own safety.
You may get wet on this ride!


Indiana Jones™ and the Temple of Peril: Backwards! presented by ESSO
Minimum height: 1.40 m (4'6")


Not recommended for children under the age of 8.


In order to join this adventure, our visitors with reduced mobility must be able to move about without wheelchairs, either on their own or assisted by their attendants.


To enjoy this experience, visitors must be in good health and have no medical problems which might be worsened. Unsighted visitors must be accompanied.


Guide dogs are not allowed to enter, for their own safety. Pregnant women and visitors in surgical collars are strongly advised not to go on this ride.


La Cabane des Robinson


Not at all suitable for visitors of reduced mobility (176 steps to be climbed).


Adventure Isle

The grottoes and tracks of the northern part of the island have wheelchair access, with the exception of the floating bridge, the suspended bridge and parts of the grottoes.

Fantasyland

it's a small world, presented by France Telecom.


Accessible to guests in wheelchairs.


Peaceful and happy cruise through a small world.


Enter by the exit gate located on the left side of the attraction.


Blanche Neige et les Sept Nains


A transfer is required for wheelchair visitors going on board the carriages.

Ask for the access code at City Hall or at the Merlin l'Enchanteur shop.


La Taniere du Dragon


Don't make a sound - a dragon sleeps restlessly beneath the castle!


The attraction includes very dimly lit areas and is accessible to guests in wheelchairs.


Discoveryland

Star Tours™, presented by IBM


Children aged between 3 and 7 must be accompanied. This attraction is totally unsuitable for children under 3 years old, pregnant women, people wearing surgical collars or orthopaedic devices and anyone with back or heart problems.
 

Wheelchair visitors will require a transfer. All visitors wishing to go on the Star Tours™ ride must be in good health without problems which might be aggravated (such as motion sickness).
 

Not recommended for those sensitive to noise and sudden changes in lighting.


Astroport Services Interstellaires:


One of the games, Star Course, requires a minimum height of 1.02 m (3'3").

Some scenes may frighten younger visitors. The special effects and high sound level may affect some persons.


Autopia


Minimum height: 1.32 m (4'4") for unaccompanied children wishing to drive the cars. Not recommended for children under the age of 1.

Visually impaired visitors cannot enter the cars alone.Guide dogs are not admitted.

Visionarium


360° Circle Vision film presentation.


Enter by the main entrance where a Cast Member will guide you to the places reserved for disabled guests. Due to the nature of this presentation, guests subject to vertigo may feel uncomfortable.


Le Mystere du Nautilus


Visit of Captain Nemo's submarine.


Proceed to elevator located at the main entrance.
The attraction is accessible to guests in wheelchair and may be considered frightening.


L'Arcade des Visionnaires


The special effects in some games may affect people with sensitive eyes or subject to epileptic fits.

 



Walt Disney Studios Park

Walt Disney Studios Park has been created and developed with the aim of being accessible to the Disabled Community and to promote their integration into the general public. Therefore attractions, restaurants and boutiques are accessible to everyone.

Access to certain attractions is however strongly discouraged for pregnant women and Guests with any conditions that are susceptible to being exacerbated by the attraction experience. The recommendations in this guide will help you choose those attractions most suited to your needs.

Access procedures for attractions
In order to encourage the maximum integration of disabled Guests, all queue lines are wheelchair accessible. For access to the attractions, disabled Guests are invited to take the same route as all other visitors.

Should however, this integration not prove possible, the disabled Guest can avail of a Special Assistance Pass available from Studio Services.
This pass does not, under any circumstances, give priority access to the attraction but it does permit the disabled Guest to wait outside all queue lines while the rest of the group queue as normal.

Rock ’n ’Roller Coaster starring Aerosmith

To experience the , (minimum height: 1.20 m) visitors in wheelchairs must be accompanied by able-bodied individual(s) in order to be in a position to assist disabled Guests to get out of their wheelchair onto the attraction. Cast Members are not permitted to help disabled Guests to get out of their wheelchair.

 

FASTPASS

We strongly recommend disabled Guests to avail themselves of FASTPASS, a free service which will allow them to gain access to the attraction within a few minutes.

Hearing Impaired Guests

CinéMagique and Animagique attractions are equipped with induction loops. More information is available from Cast Members at these attractions.
 

For security reasons, if you are staying at one of the Disney Hotels, it is recommended that you let the reception desk know of your disability.
 

For groups of hearing-impaired Guests, guided tours in sign language can be arranged upon request one month in advance. (Tel.:+33 (0)1 60 30 10 20)



Mentally-handicapped Guests

Some attractions may prove frightening for mentally-handicapped Guests, whilst others include very dimly-lit areas. Those accompanying mentally-handicapped Guests are asked to take this into consideration.




Visually Impared Guests

Guide dogs are the only animals permitted in the Walt Disney Studios Park. For their own safety, they are not allowed in certain attractions .

Parking

Guests at Disney Hotels may use the Disabled Parking Area adjacent to the Disneyland Hotel.

Advise the attendant at the entrance to the main car park and they will give you a security access code and directions to the parking area.
